Surplus items available for bid at Union Springs CSD

(October 2, 2018) – The Union Springs Central School District is once again getting rid of surplus education equipment and supplies in order to prepare for the sale of Cayuga Elementary School.
 
Selling surplus items will help the district save on disposal costs, as well as collect cash for items the schools are not using and have no plans to use in the future. Just some of the surplus items the district is hoping to sell include old tables and chairs, old file cabinets, desks, out-of-date maps, and much more.
 
New items will be added often and will be available for bidding for approximately one week. Bids will be accepted by email at surplus@unionspringscsd.org and should include the bidder’s name, LOT #, and Item #.
 
The highest bidder will be contacted within a few days after bidding for an item has closed, and the winning bidder is responsible for loading and picking up items during designated times determined by the school district.
