All items available for bid are SOLD AS IS.
Bids will be accepted by email at surplus@unionspringscsd.org. Please be sure to include your full name, LOT #, and Item # and description with your bid.
The minimum starting bid for any item is $5.00 (unless otherwise noted).
The highest bidder will be contacted within a week after bidding for a lot has closed.
IMPORTANT (please read carefully): Payment and pick up instructions
All surplus items are located at Cayuga Elementary School, 255 Wheat Street, Cayuga, NY 13034. All payments must be made at the Union Springs District Office, 239 Cayuga Street, Union Springs, NY 13160 during regular office hours, Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. If you would like to be sure the district office is open before stopping in with your payment, please call (315) 889-4100. Checks should be made payable to Union Springs Central School.
You MUST stop by the Union Springs District Office to pay for your item(s) FIRST and obtain a receipt BEFORE going to Cayuga Elementary to pick up your items during the designated pick up time. You will NOT be able to pick up your items without a receipt from the district office, and personnel stationed at Cayuga Elementary will NOT be able to collect payment for your items.
The designated pick up times for each lot will be on a weekday to be determined by the district from 4:00 - 6:30 p.m. You are fully responsible for moving, loading, and transporting your items during this time. School district employees will NOT be able to assist with moving, loading, or transporting items.
