NJHS Holds Induction Ceremony
The Frontenac Chapter of the National Junior Honor Society held its Induction Ceremony for 15 new members at Union Springs Middle/High School on Oct. 20.
The night began with a welcoming speech from Ms. Haldeman, an explanation of the selection criteria from 2021-22 member Jennifer Daum, a recognition of 2021-22 NJHS members by Mrs. Coppola, and a review of the previous year’s chapter projects by 2021-22 member Ainsley Francis-Biter.
The students then lit the candles representing service, scholarship, leadership and character before the tapping ceremony.
Fifteen new members received their certificate and lit their candle during the ceremony.
