Union Springs CSD Budget Results

Union Springs Central School District voters approved all four propositions on Tuesday, May 19, during the annual budget vote and Board of Education election.
The proposed 2026-27 school budget (Proposition #1) passed by a vote of 278 to 68, earning 80.3% voter approval.
Also approved were:
- Proposition #2 (Bus Proposition): 297 to 48 (86.0% approval)
- Proposition #3 (Vehicle Replacement): 284 to 61 (82.3% approval)
- Proposition #4 (Springport Free Library): 278 to 68 (80.3% approval)
In the Board of Education election, Daniel Testa (288 votes), Kailie Carter-Nolan (261 votes), and Danielle Barendt (252 votes) were elected to three-year terms beginning July 1, 2026, and ending June 30, 2029.
