For any technology related issues, please put a ticket in the Que Center. We will do our best to assist with your technology issues. 

The IT Department is dedicated to learning, discovery, and providing the necessary tools and infrastructure to support students, faculty and staff, and other members of the USCSD community.

IT support services include but are not limited to:

• USCSD Network account and password
• USCSD Google account and password
• Desktop and laptop computer support, including installing and troubleshooting applications
• Network drive and Google shared drive access
• Employee Intranet
• Classroom technology including: online software, prometheans, computers, cameras, microphones, speakers
• ParentSquare communication platform
• Zoom features for virtual meetings
• Printers, scanners, fax machines
• Campus networking, internet access, Wi-Fi
• Cisco VoIP phones, including voicemail, call routing, voicemail to email options

Staff and faculty can utilize the online techspace for help with technology.
